Carolina Functioinal Neurology Center Merchandise
CFNC merchandise is available at both our Raleigh and Charlotte locations as well as online! All proceeds go to our CFNC scholarship fund to help patients receive or continue treatment.
We have collaborated with one of our wonderful patients, Haley, to provide this exclusive merchandise. Haley is a dysautonomia warrior herself! She started her first nonprofit at the age of 17 and recently graduated from PA school. She has benefited from treatment at CFNC and wanted to help pay it forward by helping us create these products and the scholarship fund. When enough funds are raised we will be accepting applications!
