We are excited to share that we will be opening a new office in New England this fall! The office will be located in York, Maine and will open in November 2024. We are currently scheduling consultations and appointments for the new office!

We have collaborated with one of our wonderful dysautonomia patients to provide CFNC exclusive merchandise. The merchandise is available at both our Raleigh and Charlotte locations. All proceeds go to our CFNC scholarship fund to help patients receive or continue treatment.
