Merchandise
We have collaborated with one of our wonderful dysautonomia patients to provide CFNC exclusive merchandise. The merchandise is available at both our Raleigh and Charlotte locations. All proceeds go to our CFNC scholarship fund to help patients receive or continue treatment.
